Prior to Persistent Recruiting, Janka served as a Principal / Healthcare Executive Recruiter at a search firm where she served as a primary search lead. She helped to build a successful Retained Search offering and developed a reputation in the talent acquisition market for high integrity & authenticity, transparency, tireless work ethic, persistence, and exceptional performance. She brought extensive experience and performance excellence across a broad spectrum of markets on a global basis.
She has placed executive positions across all lines of businesses and functional areas; marketing, sales, operations, finance, IT, clinical affairs, R&D, supply chain, QA & RA. Her primary experience is placing mid-management and top-management positions nationally and internationally. She has worked for a startup and big corporations, Private Equity owned as well as publicly traded companies.

Her passion for constant improvement brought her to the US from Slovakia in 2008. This new challenge validated her adaptability, resilience, work ethic, and ability to learn new markets & cultures quickly as well as heighten her professional expertise.
She joined an Atlanta-based IT Recruitment & Consulting firm that specializes in contingency searches. While at this firm, Janka was intimately involved in the success of their business through her identification, qualification, and representation of top IT talent which helped the company triple its placement rates.
Janka holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences and has taken an advanced course in Human Resource Management. She is a passionate runner and loves to travel and learn about new cultures.
